The 3-step program

Step 1: The Diagnostic Discovery — Every student starts with a deep dive. We look beyond grades to learning styles, past IEP/504 records, and academic roadblocks, identifying the exact “missing links” in a student’s foundation.

Step 2: The Tailored Road Map — Based on the discovery, Julianna designs a custom engagement plan — a lesson bundle for an exam, or long-term support for steady growth and accountability.

Step 3: Integrated Support & Advocacy — Learning doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Julianna bridges home and classroom, attending school meetings and providing email support between sessions so tutoring strategies are backed by the school’s curriculum and accommodations.

Who tutoring is for

Tutoring is for learners from kids to adults, including students who need foundational gaps closed, students preparing for an exam, and students who want stronger study skills and more confidence. Specialized support is available for ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and processing challenges, and homeschool planning help is available for families educating at home.

How sessions run

Sessions are remote, one hour at a time, and built around the student’s own plan rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Families can choose a short run of lessons for a focused goal, or an unlimited school-year package for consistent, ongoing support. Between sessions, Julianna provides email support so strategies stay connected to schoolwork and accommodations.

Choosing the right option

Hourly lessons — $30/hr. A flexible fit when you want help on a specific subject or a short-term goal, and want to decide as you go.

Lesson bundles — A good fit for a focused sprint, such as preparing for an exam or working through a set topic over several sessions.

Unlimited school-year packages — The best fit for steady, long-term support across the school year, with consistent sessions and accountability. Contact for pricing.
