Advocacy packages
Intensive — $600. Focused, intensive advocacy support for a defined period.
Year-Round — $700/year. Ongoing advocacy support across the full school year.
Hourly — $30/hour. Advocacy help on an hourly basis, as needed.
Additional consulting services: Initial Strategic Consultation $75 (60 min); School Meeting Representation $100; IEP & 504 Document Review $125; 3-Month Strategic Bridge $225; 6-Month Advocacy Partnership $450; 12-Month ‘Total Advocate’ $900; School Selection — price on request.
The advocacy process
- Share your records and concerns. Tell Julianna what is happening at school and what outcome you are hoping for.
- Review. She reviews the IEP or 504 plan and related records to identify what is working, what is missing, and what to ask for.
- Prepare. Together you agree on goals, requests, and talking points ahead of any school meeting.
- Attend. Julianna attends school meetings as your professional representative and liaison with the district.
- Follow up. After the meeting, she helps you track what was agreed and coaches you on supporting your child at home.
What to bring and prepare
It helps to have ready: the current IEP or 504 plan, any recent evaluations or school reports, recent communications with the school, and a short list of your concerns and goals. Do not worry if something is missing — part of the first conversation is working out what is needed.
Choosing the right package
Intensive — $600. A focused package for a specific push, such as preparing for an important meeting or working through a single issue.
Year-Round — $700/year. Ongoing coverage across the school year, for families who want steady advocacy and support as needs change.
Hourly — $30/hr. A flexible option for one-off help, such as reviewing a plan or preparing for a single meeting.
Consultation requests are approval-required. Julianna confirms personally — a request does not guarantee a booking.
