What if my child is late or misses a lesson?
I wait exactly 15 minutes; after that the session is a no-show, charged, and not rescheduled. Two or more no-shows without prior cancellation can release the time slot.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
At least 24 hours’ notice (sick-day exception: if your child comes home sick 1–2 hours before, email as soon as you know). Lessons I cancel are never charged.
How do I book?
Send a consultation request through the form on this site. I confirm personally; a request does not guarantee a booking.
When are you available?
Seven days a week, 7 AM – 11 PM, virtual.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal (for out-of-country students). New students pay in full before session links are sent.
